This privacy policy explains how Breskin Development LLC (“Breskin Development”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit breskindevelopment.com, contact us, or respond to our online advertising.
Breskin Development is a residential builder based at 4 Quogue Plaza Trail, Unit 3, Quogue, NY 11959. You can reach us about this policy at info@breskindevelopment.com or (631) 458-1001.
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your email address or phone number.
Calls from our ads. When you call us by tapping the call button in one of our Google ads, Google may connect the call through a forwarding number so we can see that the call came from an ad. Google reports to us the time of the call, its length and the caller’s area code. It does not give us a recording of the call.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the website or ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region, based on your IP address). This information is used in aggregate and does not tell us who you are unless you choose to contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with other companies for their own marketing.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We have turned on Google Analytics Advertising Features, including remarketing, Demographics and Interest Reporting, and Google signals. With Google signals, Google can associate visits with information from Google accounts of users who have chosen to allow personalized ads, so we can see aggregated reports across devices. We receive reports only; Google does not give us any information that identifies you.
Google Ads and remarketing. We advertise with Google Ads and place the Google Ads tag on the site. We use remarketing, which means third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads to you on other websites and on Google services, such as Google Search and YouTube, based on your past visits to breskindevelopment.com.
How cookies are combined. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie, a first-party cookie set by our site) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies), or other device identifiers, together. They use them to show you ads based on your past visits to our site, to measure how those ads perform, and to report on visitor demographics and interests.
You can choose not to allow these cookies; see section 5.
Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; the opt-outs above are the way to limit tracking.
We share information only with service providers that run parts of the site or our advertising for us, and only so they can do that work:

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep information. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the project and our records afterwards. Google Analytics keeps visit-level data for 14 months, after which only aggregated reports remain.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details through the contact form.
Children. The site is meant for adults planning or considering a home project. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
